Across the Strait to Ceuta

At around 9:30 am, we’ll arrive in Algeciras to board the Fast-Ferry, a 60-minute crossing to Ceuta—enjoy the sea views as you sail across the Strait of Gibraltar!

Upon arrival in Ceuta at 11:00 am, we’ll embark on a panoramic tour of the city, passing by the Royal Walls and the Moat of San Felipe. Once we reach the border, please have your travel documents ready for inspection. Our guide will assist in making the process as smooth as possible.

Once across the border, we’ll begin a 30-minute scenic drive from Ceuta to Tetouan, where breathtaking landscapes await—so keep your camera at the ready for some spectacular shots! We’ll even make a stop for you to capture the perfect snapshot.

Discovering Tetouan

We’ll spend five hours exploring this captivating Moroccan city, beginning with a guided walking tour through its most iconic sights.

  • Moulay El Mehdi Square – If you’ve seen the series El Tiempo Entre Costuras, you may recognise this striking circular square, home to the Cathedral of Our Lady of Victory.
  • The Old Jewish Quarter (Mellah) – Wander through its charming narrow streets and admire the beautiful Bengualid Synagogue.
  • Hassan II Square – Here you’ll find the Royal Palace (Khalifa Palace), the Archaeological Museum, and the Centre of Modern Art.
  • The Souk of Tetouan – Step into a world of tradition and craftsmanship as you explore this vibrant marketplace.
  • The Medina of Tetouan – A UNESCO World Heritage Site, its whitewashed walls and green doors make it one of the most picturesque medinas in Morocco.

A Taste of Morocco

Midday, we’ll stop at a traditional Moroccan restaurant for an authentic culinary experience. Savour a delicious Couscous, sip on refreshing mint tea, and indulge in Arab pastries while enjoying live folklore performances.

After lunch, we’ll take a leisurely stroll through Tetouan’s commercial district, where you’ll have the chance to shop for unique local goods. We’ll also visit a traditional Berber pharmacy, where you can discover the incredible benefits of argan oil and other natural products.

Returning to Spain

At the time indicated by our guide, we will regroup and begin our return journey to Ceuta. At 8:30 pm, we will board the ferry back to Algeciras, arriving at approximately 9:30 pm, before returning to your original pick-up point.
