Gibraltar Rock Tour
A Gibraltar Rock Tour from the Costa del Sol takes you to a unique destination where British and Mediterranean influences meet just a few hours away. In a single day, you move into a completely different setting, where accents, cultures and landscapes come together in a way you would not expect to find so close.
We will pick you up in Malaga or at different points along the Costa del Sol and, as we head south, the landscape gradually changes until the Rock appears dominating the horizon. That alone is worth the trip.
After crossing the border —remember to bring your original document— you will enter Gibraltar and, from the coach park, begin a guided tour of the Rock by minibus.
During the route, you will enjoy a panoramic tour passing through tunnels and elevated areas with views over the Strait. A stop is made at Europa Point, from where you can see Africa and the Bay of Algeciras.
You will then continue the ascent to St Michael’s Cave and the area where the monkeys live, the Barbary macaque, which lives freely within the Gibraltar Nature Reserve.
After the guided tour, you will have free time in the centre of Gibraltar to walk along Main Street, enjoy the atmosphere in Casemates Square or go shopping.
At the time indicated by the guide, we will meet again to return comfortably to the Costa del Sol.
It is a long excursion (between 10 and 12 hours in total), but one that passes quickly because you combine the guided visit with free time without any hassle.
